It pains me to say this but I can’t quite believe thatThe Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princessis not yet available on Nintendo Switch.
Every time aNintendoDirect rolls around, I convince myself that news of a port is coming.
It feels like such easy money for Nintendo and yet, here we are.

In fact, I’m astounded that we’re getting a brand new mainlineThe Legend of Zeldaentry just over a year afterTears of the Kingdomwas released and yet not aTwilight Princessport.
In case you missed it,The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomwas unveiled last week.
Returning to the art style of entries likeLink’s Awakening, Echoes of Wisdomwill see us play as the titular princess Zelda instead of Link.
This unexpected reveal is a game I cannot wait to get my hands on later this year, on 26 September to be exact.

The YouTuber explains that they ran a purchased copy ofTwilight Princessthrough an emulator with custom injected 4K textures and shaders.
That aforementioned texture pack is available to download via Henriko’s site but you will need your own copy ofTwilight Princess.
It goes without saying that game files are not distributed for copyright reasons.
